The Story

The Postpartum Animal Body

With Kearsley Schweller & Anja Robinson

Online Class

Join Postpartum Practitioners Kearsley Schweller & Anja Robsinson for a deep dive into the animal body of a postpartum mother.  This is a class for *anyone* who wants to understand the physiologicial and energetic impact of birth. The wellbeing of our society as a whole is dependent upon the wellbeing of those birthing it. Come learn the foundational frameworks that can help you orient towards postpartum care with more confidence.  We will be getting into how the animal body of a mother changes during and after birth and what it means to provide full spectrum nourishment that is both an honoring of ancestral wisdom and relevant for the strange, beautiful and chaotic times we are living in.

Kearsley and Anja will be sharing their experiences as postpartum professionals and educators in this richly informative 2 hour class.  They have over 20 years of combined training and knowledge in Ayurveda, Hormonal Health, Nutrition, Herbalism, and a life long apprenticeship to being in their bodies in the fullest way. Class will be recorded and available for folks who can not attend live.

Well explore a spectrum of ways to nourish the animal body after birth, including:

  • Impact on Body & Spirit
  • Postpartum Physiology
  • The Generational Imprint
  • Ayurveda in Postpartum
  • Threshold Work
  • Sensuality for the Animal Mother
  • The Body as God(dess)
  • The Nervous System & Hormones
  • Biological Nutrition
  • & so much more

This class is offered as a donation based event. This means you are invited to gift an amount that you can afford to with a suggested donation amount of $35-$55. A guide for this is to choose the highest price point you can afford, acknowledging that those who can gift more are directly supporting both our work and the members of our community who live with a tighter budget.  All people are warmly welcomed to this class.
